BJ's Wholesale Club

I am very upset than I recieved a broken window in the parking spot at this location. I cannot guarantee it is a person or temperature issue and the police said I wont be able to file a report unless its a person. BJ's would not review the cameras for us to verify. $1,000 dollar windshield and you cant help your customers on your property? Never again BJ's. This will be my last membership! I informed my family aswell about the lack of concern or care. We are all canceling.

Love this place. The crew is always nice, the store is well stocked, and they have a good bakery and meat selection. Their mobile app is very convenient if you want easy checkout, and online ordering for pickup is simple to use as well. I’ve never been disappointed shopping here. Coupon booklets are available as soon as you enter the store, but if you use the mobile app, you can also clip digital coupons right from your phone. They usually have good sales too.

We wanted somewhere closer than Costco, so recently got a first time membership. The customer service here is pretty disappointing. Most of the employees seem bothered when asked for assistance, or annoyed to be there in general. It makes me not even want to shop here, just not worth shopping somewhere you feel like you're bothering people to do their job in asking for help. I'll drive the extra 10 mins to Costco.

Is it Costco? No. But I got an offer for $20 to join, so I decided to check it out. My son has food allergies, so we mostly eat organic, and this place was lacking in that area, but the household goods and food seemed cheaper than Target for the most part, so I feel like it's worth it. They also carry the Honest juice boxes we love and Costco never has them anymore. Water was more expensive than Costco, but cheaper than Giant Eagle. I liked the lottery machine too, because sometimes I play when the jackpots are high, so it was convenient. They also had a card section, so if I needed a birthday card it would be convenient as well. Will this wholesale club replace Costco for me? Nope. But it's a great addition. Plus the staff was really friendly.

My first time here was pleasant. The gas station is a little old looking but useful. Inside the store it's very similar to the other discount stores like Sam's and Costco. They have a big section on meatless which was interesting and great for vegans. Other than smaller bulk package items it's nice to see them doing well at this location. Definitely a return to shop store.
